Refund policy

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with Quixer Solutions to purchase the product and/or service. After this point, the User may not cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the website. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned on the website. Quixer Solutions shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and it may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

 

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the website. Any request for refund must be submitted within THREE days from the date of the Transaction. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by contacting Quixer Solutions on info@qmicrobe.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by Quixer Solutions, and it may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

 

Quixer Solutions regrets to inform you that it does not offer an exchange or return policy for non-defective items. If you still wish to return some products, kindly initiate the return delivery to the following address through a courier company and bear the shipping charges for the return shipment.

Once Quixer Solutions receives the products and verifies their condition, it will process the refund for the returned items except for the shipping charges. If you wish to repurchase the products you desire, you can place a new order at any time. Thank you for your understanding.
